International Day of Happiness
We celebrated International Day of Happiness on March 20 and are happy to update that we raised a little over $400 for our friends at Boyle Street Community Services, thanks to YOUR generous donations at our 2 hour event! Thanks to each of you who stopped by our “happy table” and participated or donated to Boyle Street.🙂 Every donation helps and we are proud to continue to support our friends & neighbours in the downtown community. Stollery JOY RIDE
Thank You to everyone who joined us on March 14, 2019 for the second annual Joy Ride, a 12-hour stationary bike-a-thon in support of Stollery Children’s Hospital Foundation and Make-A-Wish Northern Alberta. By being a donor or a rider participating, we were able to raise almost $70,000! We couldn’t have done this without you and thank EACH of you for caring about this important cause. Prostate Cancer Canada – STEP UP
We hosted the Step Up Challenge for Prostate Cancer Canada in our mall on March 17. This stair climbing relay event took place in office towers in the downtown core. Thank you to every team and person who participated to raise funds towards helping those affected by prostate cancer. Teams of five were challenged to climb 5,000 feet to raise a minimum of $5,000. The towers in the downtown core that participated were Oxford Tower, MNP, TD Tower, Manulife Place, Enbridge and Bell Tower.

The Royal Alberta Museum is a museum of human and natural history. The new building will be the largest museum in western Canada with more than 82,000 square feet of exhibition space and 419,000 total square footage. The museum will feature expansive galleries chronicling Alberta’s natural and cultural worlds, a feature gallery showcasing travelling exhibitions from Canada and around the world, an interactive, 7,000-square-foot dedicated children’s gallery, and a bigger bug room with live invertebrates and visible nursery.
