Inclusivity and diversity are not an acceptance of crime or disorder. People participating in crime or disorder shall be reported to ECC Security and to Edmonton City Police. These behaviours may result in bans from the property, arrest, fines and/or criminal charges.

- Edmonton Police at 780-423-4567 or mobile access #377 for reporting criminal activity, disorder, shoplifting, thefts, and emergency situations that require attention in or outside of Edmonton City Centre.
- 311 for reporting vandalism, loitering, littering and other disorder outside of Edmonton City Centre including the surrounding City sidewalks.
- 911 for emergencies needing police, fire, or ambulance response.
