East Preferred Parkade and Loading Dock Repairs

Please note, on Saturday, September 28th from 7am, CCD Western Limited, will begin Phase I of membrane repairs in the East Preferred Parkade and Loading Dock.

Over the next 14 days, the entry ramp within the East Preferred Parkade will be closed for top coat repair and concrete cutting. The exit ramp will act as both the entry/exit during this time, and there will be no right turn at the top of the entry ramp. WestPark staff will be on site during business hours to redirect the flow of traffic and will be contacting all parkers within this parkade. Additionally, the Amenity Station will be closed.

Dust containment and noise have been taken into consideration, with noisy work being completed after-hours. Please be aware that due to after-hours jackhammering, there may be vibration within the building.

Those Tenants who utilize the freight elevators to the East of the Loading Dock for their deliveries, (World Health, Winners and CPP Tower), and those Tenants who have large tractor-trailers for their deliveries, are asked to coordinate with Asif Ahmed, Loading Dock Master, at (780) 426-8446 or aahmed@oxfordproperties.com to minimize traffic within the Loading Dock during this time.

Dates for Phase II will be shared with all Tenants once available.

Source Separation Program Implementation

As part of our Green Team commitment to minimize the environmental footprint, we are pleased to share the implementation of a source separation program. Our partner, RecycleSmart, will be visiting all Tenants, beginning October 1st, to educate, take inventory and discuss the implementation of the new sorting system effective November 1st, 2019.

New collection bins will be delivered to tenants for collection or organics and source separated recycling before November 1st.

All Tenants will be individually responsible to separate organics, mixed recycling, and landfill waste within their units prior to disposal, effectively increasing diversion rates and decreasing our carbon footprint.

We would like to thank everyone for their efforts and support to make this program successful.
