Subject: Electronic Paperless Memo
Edmonton City Centre continues to focus on being a leader in sustainability. To limit the usage of paper, all memos and updates to the Tenant Manual will now be available through the Edmonton City Centre website. To sign up, please follow the steps below.
Step 1 – Visit www.edmontoncitycentre.com
Step 2 – Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Tenant Login in the footer
Step 3 – Request a tenant login
Step 4 – Enter your store name and email address
Step 5 – An email will be sent to you with a username and password
Step 6 – Once you have these credentials you can go back into Tenant Login and access the Bulletins on the top right-hand corner of the website
Anytime there is a new memo posted, you will receive an email and it will also be added to this section of the site, which you can access from the link in the email or anytime that you login.
If you have not received any email memos during the week, we advise that you log in directly to check for important updates at the end of the week as we will no longer be distributing paper memos in person.
Please note that the above is all available on your smartphone as well as a computer.
**If you already have a login, please note we have rebooted our system. If you are having any issues viewing the memos, please log out and log back in.
