Subject: Invitation to Participate – Holiday Office Lobby Event
On Wednesday, November 20th, Edmonton City Centre will be celebrating the upcoming holidays with our office tenants! Join us and take advantage of this great marketing opportunity.
We will be hosting lobby events in each of our office towers (Centre Pointe Place, Oxford Tower, and TD Tower) and near our 2 surrounding towers (HSBC Tower and Manulife Place). This is a great opportunity to interact and get in front of one of our most valued and consistent demographics.
How to Participate:
Each retailer will be provided with one table to promote your brand. During your activation, you can promote your brand however you like! Think of any way that you would like to promote your business to customers who will be attending this event. Examples of how you can activate your table are:
- Provide samples of refreshments, treats, or food items
- Do product demonstrations
- Have a game where guests can win prizes such as gift cards, vouchers or free item coupons
Feel free to be creative as this is a prime opportunity to promote your brand to a vested audience. Please view the options for timeslots below – space is limited and will be on a first come first serve basis.
- Option 1 – 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE Centre Point Place (8:30am – 9:30am)
- Option 2 – 8 SPOTS AVAILABLE Oxford Tower and TD Tower (9:30am – 12:00pm)
- Option 3 – 2 SPOTS AVAILABLE HSBC Tower Entrance (12:00pm-1:00pm)

From November 28th to January 4th, Edmonton City Centre will be celebrating the upcoming holiday season with Glow! Join us and take advantage of this great marketing opportunity to showcase your brand with Edmonton’s largest indoor holiday festival.
How to Participate:
Edmonton City Centre will be sponsoring a showcase filled with items from our retailers. Guests attending Glow located at Northlands Expo Centre will see these items (each item will be clearly labelled to feature the retailer) and be able to enter to win the items inside the showcase. This is a great opportunity to show your great gift giving ideas for the holiday season while also exposing your brand to a new demographic!
We are looking for gifts that are small in size, eye-catching, and would make a great prize! This is a prime opportunity to highlight your brand to thousands of Edmontonians. For more information about Glow, click here to check out their website.
