In preparation for the upcoming holiday season, we are requesting participation from our retailers to ensure consistent traffic and sales.

We have created a campaign that will have the following components:

• Gift Card promotions, bonuses and giveaways
• Support, awareness and funds raised for our charity of choice: The Mustard Seed
• Daily Giveaways of $1000 to our customers and $500 to charity for 12 days
• Robust digital media campaign via social media, e-newsletter and influencer marketing
• Free Parking on weekends during the holiday season (East Parkade Only)
• Partnership with Downtown Business Association

Detailed information will be sent within the next week regarding the holiday campaign.

If you would like to be involved in our holiday campaign, we are looking for the following items to help promote your business:

• Coupons to give away at Guest Services during the holiday season (approx. 200-500 coupons)
• Daily Prize donation (min. value $100) during the Daily Giveaway period – we will be spotlighting a different retailer each day (only 12 spots available)
• Daily deal or discount – a one day only sale during the campaign that we will highlight
• Any other ideas that you may have to get involved!

Lastly, we are also asking for information on your upcoming Black Friday and Boxing Day sales including images and sale details which will be shared on our website and social media. Please email these details as early as possible to be included in our customer communications.
