Subject: East Retail Temperature Fluctuations

As we continue to complete the installation of the East Retail Cooling equipment, there may be a fluctuation of temperature within East Retail for the next 48 hours, while we combat current weather conditions. Please note, Oxford Properties Group is working diligently to initiate the transition from heating to cooling equipment. We advise Tenants with exterior windows to close their blinds as we transition.
