Retail Information

  • In response to feedback received requesting additional access for customers, the following entry points for patrons are as follows,

101 Street East       Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm-5pm

101 Street West      Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm-5pm

102A Avenue           Monday – Friday 10am-5pm, Saturday & Sunday Closed

Delta Hotel entrance  Monday – Friday 10am-6pm, Saturday & Sunday 12pm-5pm

  • Additional signage will be posted on all entrance doors outlining how to access property.
  • Office occupancy remains at approximately 30% and we expect this to increase early June.
  • If you would like to place professionally produced decals outside of your tenancy, please ensure they remain on the grey tile outside of your storefront only. Any decals encroaching onto the common area must be pre-approved.

Domestic Water Shutdown; West Retail

Please note, in working to complete priority maintenance as it relates to the domestic water systems, water for West Retail will be shut off on Wednesday, May 27th between 7pm – 11pm. This will not impact Hudson’s Bay, 311 or BlackIron Data Centre.

Please be sure to consider any impact this may have to individual water features within your space, such as air conditioning units or shower facilities), and we encourage all Tenants to flush toilets and run taps upon returning to their space.
