We are pleased to share that the priority repairs to the West Retail Large Freight Elevator doors have been completed and the elevator resumed normal service yesterday, May 22nd.
Due to the ongoing damage caused to this elevator, we ask that you take care while using the Freight Elevators.

It is with great respect that Oxford announces the departure of Melaniee Smith, Property Manager, from Edmonton City Centre and Oxford’s Downtown Portfolio.
Melaniee devoted 11 years to Edmonton City Centre, and 7 years as a member of the Oxford team, where she held positions within the Office and Retail portfolios spanning from Central Services, Administration, Operations, to her most current role as Property Manager. Melaniee played a key role in the redevelopment of Edmonton City Centre, was a representative on the Valley Line LRT Stakeholder Committee and fostered valued relationships with Tenants, Customers and Partners alike that will follow her in her career.
Please join us in wishing Melaniee our best while she embarks on the next chapter of her career. Melaniee’s final day at Edmonton City Centre will be June 6 and in the interim of filling this significant role, please direct all questions and concerns to Susan Radford, Assistant Property Manager, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
>> Scheduled Power Shut down; June 8 – June 9
While we work to complete the final elements to replacing the East Anchor switchgear, there will be a Scheduled Power Shut Down in East Anchors on Saturday, June 8 to Sunday, June 9 from 11:45PM to 3:45AM, affecting the following Tenants:
- World Health Club
- Eveline Charles Academy
- Tea Fusion
- St. Benedict Chapel
- City Centre Eyecare
We thank you for your continued partnership in maintaining a first class experience, and ask that each Tenant take special considerations as to potential impacts (e.g. IT Servers, Food Storage, etc).
>> Temporary Interruption – West Parkade and Bay Parkade; June 8 & June 15
Please be advised of the following impacts to the West Parkade and Bay Parkade to accommodate the celebrations as they relate to Edmonton Pride Festivals;
Saturday, June 8 between 9AM and 11PM – Edmonton Pride Community Street Festival hosted by Evolution Wonderlounge
Saturday, June 15 between 9AM and 11PM – Official Pride Week Wrap Party hosted by the Fruit Loop Society of Alberta
As such, the 103St Entry/Exit to the West Parkade will be temporarily closed during these times and we encourage Tenants and patrons to utilize the 102St Entry/Exit. Our Parkade Management vendor, WestPark, will have additional staffing on site to direct the flow of traffic.
>> F&B Pre-Order App: Ritual
Please be advised that Oxford Properties has been working closely with Ritual, a social ordering app that connects users to their local eateries, to drive incremental business to our Food & Beverage Tenants.
Ritual is a pre-order system that has a piggy-back option for users and they are launching in Edmonton on June 17.
