>>Scheduled Escalator Inspections, East Retail
Please note, in an effort to keep safety top of mind, the West Bay Main Level to Second Level escalator will undergo a scheduled safety cleandown between today, Monday, May 13 to Friday, May 17.
During this time, we encourage Tenants and patrons to utilize the West Scenic Elevator or the Main Level to Second Level escalator by 101 Street.
>>East Retail; Fire Bell Testing – May 16-23
As a part of ongoing preventative maintenance, our partner, Johnson Controls, have been scheduled to conduct Fire Bell testing:
East Retail – Tuesday, May 21 between 5AM and 5:30AM
East Anchors – Thursday, May 23 between 8PM and 8:30PM
The bells will cascade into Second Stage Alarm which can be identified by a continuous buzzing sound.

>> Elevate Preventative Maintenance; Exhaust Cleaning – May 28-29
Please note, partnering vendor, Triple Clean Exhaust, has been scheduled to complete preventative maintenance as it relates to the common air exhaust ducts on Tuesday, May 28 and Wednesday, May 29 from 7PM.
In order to safely complete this work, all Tenant hoods and ducts will be shut down at 7PM sharp.
Please be sure to consider any impact this may have unique to your suite and regular shutdowns.
