Subject: EXTENSION: Bay Parkade – Noisy Work Scheduled; March 30^th – April 1^st

Please note, a main drain line in the Bay Preferred Parkade servicing several Tenancies is experiencing a substantial back-up which requires immediate repairs. During this time, affected Tenancies have been contacted and instructed to cease the use any water services.

Our preferred vendors have been engaged and the scope of work entails cutting concrete and replacing a portion of sewer line.

Noisy work is scheduled from 8am to 8pm on Saturday, March 30^th and Sunday, March 31^st.
