Please note, Edmonton City Centre has the following resources to share with respect to financial guidance due to the impact of COVID-19.
• Contact your insurance provider immediately, primarily regarding Business Interruption.
• Financial institutions may have stimulus packages available to you; please visit BMO, CIBC, National Bank of Canada, RBC, Scotia Bank and TD Bank websites for more information.
• Due to an injection of funds, all businesses are urged to visit the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC) and Export Development Canada (EDC) websites for online applications that may relate to your business.
• In addition to this, the Government of Canada has committed $27 billion in direct support to Canadian workers and businesses, plus $55 billion to meet liquidity needs of Canadian business and households through tax deferrals to help stabilize the economy. Part of this support is intended to ensure businesses can continue to pay their employees and their bills during this time of uncertainty. Please visit the following link for more information,
We urge Tenants to visit the aforementioned resources as soon as possible.
Further to this, RBC will be accepting post dated cheques for April rental payments anytime between now and April 1st to the Edmonton City Centre lockbox, please note, this is for April rent only. Please refrain from sending further post-dated cheques.

Lastly, as many neighbouring buildings are adjusting their pedway hours due to COVID-19, Edmonton City Centre would like to share that the pedway system hours will be temporarily changing.
Hours for the pedways leading to Churchill LRT, neighbouring towers and parkades effective tonight will be;
Monday – Wednesday 5am – 7pm
Thursday & Friday 5am – 9pm
Saturday 5am – 7pm
Sunday 5am – 6pm
Please ensure that team members are made aware, and should they be vacating property after this time and require access to the parkades or LRT, please call Central Services at 780-426-8441 where a security agent will be dispatched. Signage will be placed shortly.
