Subject: Tenant Advisory; COVID-19

In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, effective tomorrow, the Edmonton City Centre management office will be open Monday to Friday 10am-noon and 1pm-3pm. During this time, the property management team will be on a rotated schedule and there will be no face-to-face meetings.

The Operations and Maintenance teams will be working at half capacity and only critical and urgent items will be prioritized; we appreciate your patience during this time.

As per the previous memo, Guest Experience will be working remotely.

Edmonton City Centre would like to reiterate that regardless of the change in hours of operation, all tenants can operate at their normal hours, or a modified version. This is at the discretion of each tenant. Should there be a change in your operations, please inform Guest Experience at guestexperience@edmontoncitycentre.com

At this time, Elevate Food Fare gates will open and close at normal times. Edmonton City Centre must re-iterate to all Elevate tenants that there is no pressure to close or open, and each tenant must make their own decision. Edmonton City Centre will continue to support you operationally either way.
