Subject: Earth Hour 2019

Your Oxford Real Estate Management Team is pleased to announce that we will be participating in
Earth Hour on Saturday, March 30th, 2019 from 8:30pm – 9:30pm.

Earth Hour is a worldwide event and collective effort to address the important issue of climate change. Hundreds of millions around the world, including over 100 cities across Canada, will turn off their lights in a show of support to promote action on climate change.

Oxford Properties Group will be turning off all non-essential lighting at our buildings in Toronto and the GTA, Montreal, Quebec City, Vancouver, Edmonton, and Calgary to participate in the event. Emergency lighting will remain on during the hour and security systems and elevators will also remain in operation to ensure an acceptable level of safety and convenience. We encourage you to join us in the global initiative and help by turning off all office applicable lighting before leaving for the day, (please make considerations as it may pertain to your UPS, A/C units or Alarm Systems).

For any employees required to work during this time on Saturday, March 30th, please contact us at 310.MAXX or www.310maxx.com should lighting be a necessity during this one hour timeframe.

Promotional materials will be posted in and around the building prior to the event to raise awareness to all of customers and your employees.

For any questions or concerns regarding Oxford or your organization’s involvement, please contact Melaniee Smith, Property Manager, at 780-426-8435.
