Please be advised, after receiving feedback from many of our tenants, we are delighted to share that limitations associated with access to the property will be reduced effective Monday, June 8^th.

• All doors will be open during mall operational hours only; this excludes the Manulife Pedway and the Sutton Pedway, who are not looking to re-open at this time. Current tenant access after-hours will remain available.
• Any tenant that wishes to open early to cater to office tenants, may do so.
• The second level East Retail washroom will remain closed as the infrastructure does not respect current physical distancing guidelines.
• In keeping the safety of all top of mind, we must continue to monitor capacity; regular manual counts will be conducted by Security Agents to ensure we do not exceed occupancy levels.

As always, the aforementioned items may evolve or expand as we move towards Phases II and III. Thank you for your continued patience, support and feedback.

>> Scheduled Quarterly Sprinkler Testing

Please note the following Fire Sprinkler Testing Schedule to be completed by our partner, Johnson Controls/Tyco;
Thursday, June 4th – East Anchors
Friday, June 5th – West Retail

As such, Johnson Controls/Tyco may require momentary access to Tenancies that are operational. Any tenants who are not open will not be tested at this time.

>> Out of Towner Rewards Program

In an effort to streamline processes within the Guest Services department, the Out of Towner Rewards Program has been removed as an available service to our customers, effective immediately. Edmonton City Centre continues to evaluate current offerings and may re-visit the foundations of this program at a later date.

For any Tenants participating, you may continue to offer any discounts as listed should you wish.
