Please be advised, after receiving feedback from many tenants, we are happy to inform you that public access to the property will be extended effective Monday, June 29th.

  • All doors, excluding the Manulife Pedway and the Sutton Pedway, will be open during the following times,

Monday – Friday              7am-6pm

Saturday                             10am-5pm

Sundays & Stats               12pm-5pm

Any tenant that wishes to open prior to 10am is able to.

  • In order to effectively communicate tenant hours for customers, please fill in the following survey (approx. 2 minutes), https://forms.gle/56HPcSFdazZ4XNtw9
  • Current tenant access points will remain in place prior to opening the doors.
  • The second level East Retail washroom will remain closed as the infrastructure does not respect current physical distancing guidelines.
  • In keeping the safety of all top of mind, we continue to monitor capacity; regular manual counts will be conducted by Security Agents to ensure we do not exceed occupancy levels.

As always, the aforementioned items may evolve or expand as we continue through Phases II and into Phase III. Thank you for your continued patience, support and feedback.

>> Holiday Hours; Canada Day

Please note that the hours for Canada Day on Wednesday, July 1st are Noon – 5pm.

We will keep you updated to any changes to holiday hours throughout the year.

>> Temporary Shut Down; M-C Escalator, East Retail

Please note, the East Retail, Main Level to Concourse Level escalator requires repair to the motor which will be completed within a week. During this time, we encourage tenants and patrons to utilize the East Scenic Elevator or the Freight elevators located by Central Services.
