> Temporary Interruption – Manulife Place Pedway: June 20

Please be advised, due to extensive leaks located on the West Retail pedway to Manulife, Manulife Place have informed us of a temporary closure of the pedway tonight, June 20 from 6pm.

> Valley Line LRT Updates: June 20

Further to ongoing updates, Oxford Properties Group has the following to share as it relates to the Valley Line LRT construction:

  • Street closure at 100 Street/102 Ave intersection is expected to conclude on Saturday, June 22, weather depending. 100 Street will re-open and ETS will resume normal service.
  • The 102 Avenue North sidewalk from 97 Street to 103 Street is currently on schedule to be completed by the end of 2019. As we head into 2020, work will commence on the 102 Avenue South sidewalk.
  • Edmonton City Centre remains in contact with the City of Edmonton to adjust the direction of traffic from the East Loading Dock/East Preferred Parkade exit ramp, where we are experiencing challenges including an 8 second light and left-turn only with pedestrian interruption.
  • Lastly, attached here FYI is the EPCOR Valley Line LRT Utility Relocation Notice regarding the temporary sidewalk closure on 103 Street, starting on Friday, June 28.  FINAL-Construction-Notice-New-Vault-June2019

> EPCOR Line Flushing; June 24-25

Please be advised, mandatory line flushing around Edmonton City Centre and the ICE District by EPCOR will take place on Monday, June 24 at 9:00pm until Tuesday, June 25 at 2:00am. Lines will be staged from East to West to minimize impact and this will not affect access to water, barring any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies.

> CPP Freight Elevator Restricted Access; June 24

Please be advised, due to current infrastructure and misuse of equipment, the CPP Freight Elevator, located in the East Loading Dock, will be set to Independent Mode starting on Monday, June 24. To gain access to this elevator, please visit the East Loading Dock Office, where staff will be happy to provide access and training on expectations while in use. Please note this does not pertain to the Small or Large Freight for Retail. These elevator will function as normal.
