We understand that some of you may be experiencing difficulties with accepting ECC/Oxford Gift Cards as a form of payment within your stores.

Verifone Terminals using an Adyen Processor underwent an update last week and they unfortunately missed a critical component which allows select Amex Pre-Paid Cards to be accepted. Please note this is not specific to ECC/Oxford Gift Cards. At this time, this is a known issue that is impacting various mall management companies. This is currently being investigated and will continue to update as additional information becomes available.

Unfortunately, we do not have a timeline for when this will be resolved and recommend contacting your Adyen representative directly to discuss a solution in the interim.
