Please be advised, on Saturday, July 27, Fitstance Midnight Rev Up Autoshow will take place at the West Parkade on levels P4 to P7.
Vehicles for the event will begin entering the West Parkade 103rd Street Entry/Exit between 2pm and 3pm in intervals to avoid congestion. These vehicles will park on Level P4 through to P7.
Please note, Private Security and DJs have been hired for this event, and there will be non-alcoholic beverages and snacks supplied to attendees.
Set Up Starts at 6am
Event 6pm-11pm
Tear Down 11pm-1am
**Event organizers have been instructed to be courteous to the surrounding businesses and residences, especially during off-peak hours**

Subject: Gift Card Promotion – Highlighted Retailer for One Month
Edmonton City Centre will be launching a new gift card promotion in August. We would like to use this as an opportunity to highlight one retailer an entire month. Every customer who purchases an Edmonton City Centre gift card will receive a gift and help increase spending within the centre.
What does it look like being the highlighted retailer? For one month, we will highlight you on some of our marketing platforms. For marketing we have our social media channels (17K fans/followers), CONNECT Newsletter (20K Subscribers), directory and video screens, Office Newsletter (63 companies) and/or at the Guest Services desk.
Our social media is a great avenue to reach a wide demographic and feeds into our 10 directories and 2 video walls for shoppers and passersby to view This is a fantastic opportunity to promote a sale or a new product to a vested audience.
This is an exclusive opportunity to gain exposure for potential new customers. There are only 5 spaces available and will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
How to Participate
Think of how you would like to promote your business to customers who will be attending this event. Giveaways could be anything from products to gift cards to discount vouchers or coupons. Specifically, we are looking for:
- Samples
- Swag
- Free item voucher
- Gift certificate of a small amount (Example: $5)
- Gift bags
**Note: discount vouchers, conditional coupons, catalogues, brochures, menus, and flyers can be included in addition to the gift. Please keep in mind this promotion is meant to be a free gift with purchase.
Feel free to be creative as this is an opportunity to promote your brand to a vested audience. You can provide as much or as little as you’d like – we will simply give out until we run out of your item.
