> Temporary Shut Down 2-3 Escalator, East Retail
Please note, further to the scheduled clean down as communicated on July 3rd, the East Retail, Second Level to Third Level escalator requires minor repair to the track which will be completed tonight, returning the escalator back to normal service by tomorrow morning, Tuesday, July 16th.
During this time, we continue to encourage Tenants and patrons to utilize the neighbouring manual staircase or the East Scenic Elevator.
We thank you for your continued patience and partnership as we work to have this rectified.

> Valley Line LRT Updates
Further to ongoing updates, Oxford Properties Group is happy to share that TransEd have completed their work on the 102 Ave and 100 Street intersection earlier than anticipated. Edmonton Transit Services have return to usual service, with the exception of detours as they relate to the K-Days Parade on Friday, July 19, as outlined in the memo on July 11.
As a reminder, EPCOR Valley Line LRT Utility Relocation, specifically relating to the temporary sidewalk closure on 103 Street, will begin August 5 for approximately 4 weeks.

A reminder that the 2019 K-Days Parade will take place end of this week on Friday July 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m on Jasper Avenue. Please see maps at end of this memo for parade route and road closures.
Please expect partial or complete road closures and/or increased traffic between 6:00 am until 2:00 pm. Please refer to the following document for full K-Days Parade details: Downtown Resident and Business Letter
Parade Day travel delays, closures and restrictions
6:00 am – 2:00 pm – Partial or complete road closure between Jasper Avenue and 104 Avenue between 109 street to 101 street.
8:30 am – 12:30 pm – Full road closure on
– Jasper Avenue from 109 St. to 101 St.
– 101 St from Jasper Avenue to 103 Ave
– 103 Ave from 101 St to 103 St
All Loading Docks
Loading docks for all Oxford managed office towers as well as the Edmonton City Centre East and West will be open, however please prepare for increased traffic and blocked routes.
Parkades
There will be no access to or from the Edmonton City Centre Parkades until the conclusion of the Parade. If you require access to your monthly parking stall you must enter before 8:30 a.m. For more information, please phone WestPark at 780-426-8472.
