The 2019 K-Days Parade will be on Friday July 19, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
The will be closed from 8:30am until 2pm. This year’s parade will begin at 10am on Jasper Avenue. Please find the full K-Days Parade details in this document for your records: Downtown Resident and Business Letter
Please find maps of the closure and the parade route at the end of this memo.
Parade Day delays, road closures and restrictions
6 AM – 1:30PM – Partial or complete road closure between Jasper Avenue and 104 Avenue between 109 street to 101 street.
8:30 AM – 12:30 PM – Full road closure from
- Jasper Avenue from 109 St. to 101 St.
- 101 St from Jasper Avenue to 103 Ave
- 103 Ave from 101 St to 103 St
All Loading Docks
Loading docks for all Oxford managed office towers as well as the Edmonton City Centre East and West will be open, however please prepare for increased traffic and blocked routes.
Parkades
There will be no access to or from the Edmonton City Centre Parkades until the conclusion of the Parade. If you require access to your monthly parking stall you must enter before 8:30 a.m. For more information, please phone WestPark at 780-426-8472.

> Elevate Food Fare Tenants: Garbage Removal
Please be advised, as we look at streamlining current efficiencies, our partner, Dexterra, will be cleaning garbage bins within the Elevate Food Fare garbage room on a rotating basis. All Elevate Food Fare Tenants must ensure that their garbage is emptied on a nightly basis as Dexterra employees will not be emptying the garbage from these bins.
> Valley Line LRT Updates: August 5
As noted in the previous update on June 20, the EPCOR Valley Line LRT Utility Relocation, specifically relating to the temporary sidewalk closure on 103 Street, will begin August 5 for approximately 4 weeks.
