Dear Valued Tenant

Please note, partnering vendor, Triple Clean Exhaust, has been scheduled to complete preventative maintenance as it relates to the common air exhaust ducts on Tuesday January 29th and Wednesday January 30th starting at 7PM.

In order to safely complete this work, all Tenant hoods and ducts will be shut down at 7PM sharp.

Please be sure to consider any impact this may have unique to your suite and regular shutdowns.

Subject: Oxford Tower Water Shut Off, January 30, 11PM-5AM

Dear Valued Tenant

Please be advised that in working to complete preventative maintenance as it relates to the domestic cold water systems, water for East Retail will be shut off on Wednesday, January 30th between 11PM-5AM.

Please note, buildings must not be occupied during this time frame as there will be no domestic water to areas such as washrooms, Tenant kitchen areas or Tenant AC Units. Please be sure to consider any impact this may have to individual water features within your space (Ex: Air Conditioning Units or Shower Facilities).
