Subject: Tent Cards in Elevate Food Fare

Looking for an opportunity to showcase your business in a high traffic area? Tent cards are the perfect way to highlight your store and promotions to a vested audience. There is no cost to reserve and the tent cards will be displayed on tables in Elevate Food Fare for shoppers and diners to view.

To participate, please follow these steps:

  • Email Guest Experience at to reserve your time slot.
  • Send your design to Minla Sadasiwan, Interim Marketing Manager, for approval at
  • Send to a printing production company of your choice.
  • Drop off your tent cards at Guest Services desk the week before your timeslot and we will assemble and put out the tent cards.

Details and guidelines:

Timeslot: You are able to reserve twice a year and each reservation is set at a 2-week duration.

No. of Tent Cards: 200 for a 2-week period

Design: Must include at least 60% graphics.

Specs of tent cards:

Size: 12.75 X 9 inches (4 X 9 inches each side when folded)

Bleed: 0.125 inch

Orientation: Portrait

Special Instructions: Folded every 4 inches & adhered

Please note that bookings always go from Monday to Sunday.
