Please note that we are currently having some work done to the M-2 escalator by 101street doors in West Retail due to some unexpected issues that were found which required it to be shut down. We are looking at having the escalator back up and running by the end of the month.

We wish to extend our sincere gratitude for your continued patience and support. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Subject: Out-of-Towner Rewards Program

Dear Valued Tenants,

It’s almost time to start the 2nd round of our Out-Of-Towner Rewards Program! Thank you to those of you who participated in the first round and for providing your number of redemptions. It seems like we have some momentum and there is only one way to go and that’s up! We have handed out 126 cards since we launched the program and the response from our visitors has been nothing but positive.

For our new tenants here is how the program works:
Out of town visitors can come to Guest Services and show their out of town identification to receive a free tourism card that entitles them to exclusive deals and promotions at participating retailers. They then shop at these retailers, redeeming the discounts by showing their tourism card.

Any retailer at Edmonton City Centre can participate. Just let us know what type of discount you would like to provide these visitors. Examples could be 10-20% off your purchase or buy $_ worth of merchandise and receive an item valued at $_ for free, or something else of your choosing. Please contact Jadie Janowska, Guest Services Supervisor by email or by phone 780-220-2766 to discuss your discount/promotion and have it approved. This discount will be valid in the brochure for 6 months, so you must commit to offer this promotion to tourists for this duration. After 6 months, new brochures will be printed and you can choose to renew your discount, change it to something different, or cancel it all together.

For tenants currently in the program:
Please let Jadie Janowska, Guest Services Supervisor, know whether you wish to keep your discount as is, change it or remove it from the brochure for this round. We will need to know your decision by February 1st so that we have enough time to get the new brochures printed. If we don’t hear from you by the deadline, we will assume you wish to continue to participate in the program and want no changes to your discount.

The last day of the current deals is February 15th, 2017. On February 16, 2017 we will commence the new offers.
