Subject: Scheduled Escalator Maintenance

Dear Valued Tenant

Please note, in an effort to keep safety top of mind, maintenance for the escalators have been scheduled as follows:

  • Thursday, February 7 – Bay Second to Third escalator maintenance will commence at 7am and will resume normal service at 11am.
  • Friday, February 8– East Anchors Second to Main escalator clean down will commence at 6pm and will resume normal service on the morning of Monday, February 11.
  • Monday, February 11 – Bay Second to Third escalator clean down will commence at 9am and will resume normal service in the afternoon of Friday, February 15.

During this time, we encourage all patrons and tenants to use the West Scenic elevators or the East Retail escalators.

Subject: Valentine’s Day Act of Kindness and Giveaway

Dear Valued Tenant

Edmonton City Centre is celebrating Valentine’s Day on February 14, 2019. During the hours of 1:00pm and 4:00pm, we will be handing out Valentine’s Day gifts to guests in the mall in the form of cards, chocolate and/or flowers as a random act of kindness. We will also be having a social media contest to go along with this event.

This is a great opportunity to promote your store and have exposure throughout the mall. Our main demographic for this event are daily customers in the mall as they shop for Valentine’s day gifts, which makes this a great opportunity to showcase your seasonal products.

This event will be good exposure for your brand and a great opportunity to encourage traffic to your location. If your store would like to participate in this event, the items needed would be:

  • Small chocolates
  • Coupons/vouchers
  • Cut flowers
  • Valentine’s Day cards
  • Or anything you think would best represent your business – get creative!
