Elevating Devices Update
Please be advised, the Delta freight elevator was inspected and the East Retail Large Freight was repaired yesterday, Thursday, December 5th. Both elevating devices have resumed normal service. Updates with respect to the East Anchor Escalator, Street Level to Second Level, and the East Escalator, Street Level to Concourse Level, will be shared as additional information is available.

Emergency Exit Screaming Devices
Please note, as we continue to find solutions to reduce incidents on the property while being cost-effective, screaming devices will be installed in additional stairwells and emergency exits within the West Retail. As such, should you hear any device sound, please alert Security immediately at 780.426.8441 who will be able to investigate the area.

Elevate Food Fare; Emergency Exit
It has come to our attention that the emergency exit doors located at the end of the Elevate back hallway and next to Paramount Fine Foods are being propped open on a regular basis. As a reminder, to ensure the safety and security for all tenancies and staff, access to the Elevate back hall is located by the Elevate Concierge desk only.
