>> All Tenants – Fire Bell Testing

As a part of  annual maintenance to the fire system, our partner, Johnson Controls/Tyco, has been scheduled to conduct testing on the following dates:

East Anchors and East Retail – Friday, December 11th between 10pm to midnight.

West Anchors and West Retail – Sunday, December 20th between 10am-12pm

This testing will cause the horns to sound for 2 hours, as Johnson Controls/Tyco conduct their trouble shooting and repairs.

>> All Tenants – Curbside Pick Up

Following on from the memo posted on November 25th, Edmonton City Centre is happy to announce that signage for two curb-side pick up locations will be installed on Monday morning, December 7th, and will therefore be ready for use as of mid-day Monday.

Curbside pick up is available for all tenants to utilize, and creative will direct customers to contact their store directly to notify them of their arrival and their stall number.

This amenity must be managed by each individual tenant and Edmonton City Centre will not be responsible in delivering items from a store to a customer.

For East Retail tenants, please use the East Parkade P2 Level curbside pick up location.

For West Retail, including the Pedway, please use the Delta breezeway curbside pick up location which can be found by exiting by the Delta Hotel and turning right.

As a reminder for Food and Beverage Tenants, there is a dedicated Skip the Dishes stall located in the East Parkade on P4 level.

Edmonton City Centre would like to add a list of retailers that are using the service to the website and social media channels to help promote the amenity to customers. Please email Zaina Yusuf, Marketing Manager, at zyusuf@edmontoncitycentre.com to notify us of your participation in order to assist in marketing your store.
