LRT Construction Impact; East Loading Dock Exit and ETS Routes

Please be advised, due to the Valley Line LRT construction, there will be a temporary closure on 101 Street commencing tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23 for approximately 8 weeks*subject to change.

As such, effective tomorrow, the traffic direction from the East Loading Dock exit ramp will temporarily change to a right-turn only.

Furthermore, buses servicing 101 St will be re-routed and we encourage you to contact the City of Edmonton 311 Call Centre for more information on ETS routes.

East Loading Dock Cardboard Compactor

Please note, our waste provider, Cascades, has reported a large amount of non-recyclable materials being deposited into the Cardboard Compactor located in the East Loading Dock. Sustainability is an important part of our culture at Oxford Properties, and we are committed to making our buildings greener for the benefit of our customers and the environment. As such, we encourage all tenants to use the appropriate compactors when disposing of garbage.
