Please note, the Retail Safety and Security Meeting will be rescheduled to provide an extended notice for attendees. A memo will be posted and an additional copy will be hand delivered to all Tenancies once a date is confirmed with our partners from Paladin Security and Edmonton Police Services.

Friday, April 19 – Noon-5pm

Saturday, April 20 – 10am-6pm

Sunday, April 21 – CLOSED

Monday, April 22 – 10am-6pm

Temporary Service Interruption Notice; West Retail

Please note, the following have been taken out of services to address priority repairs;

– West Retail Large Freight Elevator

– West Retail Second Level to Main Level Escalator

During this time, we encourage Tenants to utilize the small freight elevator located by Bunches or Boulevard Diamonds, or the escalator located by Hudson’s Bay.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and will provide updates as additional information becomes available.

Spring Clean: East Parkade and West Parkade; April 16 – May 5

Please note, our custodial partner, Dexterra, has scheduled the annual power washing in the East Parkade and West Parkade as follows:

West Parkade – Between 10pm and 6am

Tuesday, April 16 – Levels P1 and P2

Wednesday, April 17 – Level P3

Thursday, April 18 – Level P4

Tuesday, April 23 – Level P5

Wednesday, April 24 – Levels P6 and P7

East Parkade – Between 8am and 5pm

Saturday, April 20 – Levels P6, P8 and P10

Sunday, April 21 – Levels P2 and P4

Saturday, April 27 – Levels P7, P9 and P11

Sunday, April 28 – Levels P1, P3 and P5

Saturday, May 4 – Level Main Level

Sunday, May 5 – Levels B1 and B2
