Please note, after careful consideration due to the spread of COVID-19, Edmonton City Centre has decided to take the following preventative measures,

Until further notice, Hours of Operation at Edmonton City Centre will be,

Monday to Friday             10am – 6pm

Saturday and Sunday      12pm – 5pm

Please be advised that tenant hours can be maintained should you choose and should your hours of operation change in any way, please contact Guest Experience at guestexperience@edmontoncitycentre.com to advise.

For the safety of our tenants, patrons and team members, Guest Experience will be operating remotely. They can be reached at guestexperience@edmontoncitycentre.com or 780-426-8444. Alternatively, you may text Guest Experience at 780-900-0950. Please note, Edmonton City Centre will not be offering regular amenities at this time.

With respect to Elevate Food Fare, Edmonton City Centre will be removing the use of food trays and the custodial staff will conduct deep cleans of the front of all Elevate tenant spaces, including stanchions. Furthermore, we have made the decision to reduce the number of seats in Elevate Food Fare.
