Subject: Out-of-Towner Rewards Program
It’s almost time to start the SEVENTH round of our Out-Of-Towner Rewards Program! Thank you to those of you who participated so far. It seems like we have some momentum and there is only one way to go and that’s up! We have handed out over 1,000 cards since we launched the program and the response from our visitors has been nothing but positive.
How the program works (as a reminder and for new tenants):
Out of town visitors can come to Guest Services and show their out of town identification to receive a free tourism card that entitles them to exclusive deals and promotions at participating retailers. They then shop at these retailers, redeeming the discounts by showing their tourism card. Any retailer at Edmonton City Centre can participate. Just let us know what type of discount you would like to provide these visitors. Examples could be 10-20% off your purchase or buy $ worth of merchandise and receive an item valued at $ for free, or something else of your choosing.
Please contact Amy Zeng, Guest Experience Lead Hand, by email AZeng@edmontoncitycentre.com or phone 780-426-8444 to discuss your discount/promotion and have it approved. This discount will be valid in the brochure for 6 months, so you must commit to offer this promotion to tourists for this duration. After 6 months, new brochures will be printed and you can choose to renew your discount, change it to something different, or cancel it all together. Participation must be confirmed on or before Friday January 31, 2020.
For tenants currently in the program:
Please let Amy Zeng, Guest Experience Lead Hand, know by email AZeng@edmontoncitycentre.com whether you wish to keep your discount as is, change it or remove it from the brochure for this round. We will need to know your decision by Friday January 31, 2020. so that we have enough time to get the new brochures printed. If we don’t hear from you by the deadline, we will assume you wish to continue to participate in the program and want no changes to your discount.
The last day of the current deals is February 19, 2020. On February 20, 2019 we will commence the new offers.
