West Retail; Fire Bell Testing – January 13
As a part of priority maintenance to the fire system, our partner, Tyco, has been scheduled to conduct testing in West Retail on Monday, January 13th, between 8am and 10am.
This may cause horns to sound for a 2-3 seconds, more than once, as Tyco conduct their trouble shooting and repairs.

As of November 7th, 310-Maxx was no longer available for Edmonton City Centre, however, there are alternative ways to notify us regarding any maintenance and HVAC requests,
- For regular maintenance & HVAC requests please click the “Tenant Request” link found at the bottom of the home page on edmontoncitycentre.com where you can enter in an online work order. Your login and password will remain the same. If you do not have a Username or Password, or are having trouble signing in, please contact Bob Portieous, Operations Supervisor, at bportieous@edmontoncitycentre.com who will be able to assist.
