Subject:  YouTuber Meetup in ECC

Dear Valued Tenant

Please note that there will be a meeting of a select group of local influencers and bloggers in Edmonton City Centre on Thursday, February 28 between the hours of 6pm – 8pm. During this time, these individuals may potentially visit your store to identify products or services they wish to showcase or bring exposure to. They will be shooting short video clips around the mall and possibly inside some stores to post on their YouTube channels about their experience in ECC. Please note that if they choose any items or services from your store, it may be featured somewhere in their video. This has been approved by Marketing.

If you do not wish to have your brand or any products from your store filmed, please let them know (they will advise you before filming anything).

If you have any questions please contact Zaina Yusuf, Marketing Manager, at zyusuf@oxfordproperties.com.

Thank you.
Sincerely,
